ALTERATIONS + EXTENSION

 

This well-proportioned family home sits in an elevated position with stunning views of Loch Earn and Ben Vorlich beyond. The property had a conservatory extension to the rear which, like all south facing conservatories, suffered from seasonal temperature issues which meant that it was rarely used.

 

We were appointed to replace the conservatory with a new sunroom extension; constructed in a manner which allows for all-year-round use. This room would feature frameless corner glazing to give an uninterrupted panoramic view of the loch.

 

An internal re-model also allowed for an enlarged kitchen off the existing lounge to create a large open-plan family space. This would access a new roof terrace with glazed balcony.
