GLENVIEW

RESIDENTIAL

 

The Glenview project sought to redevelop a brownfield site in Plean, Stirling to create a bespoke development of 10 nos. family homes. While distinctive in character, the material palette complements the semi-rural location while providing a positive contribution to the built environment of the adjacent village.

 

Placemaking was a major consideration when designing the overall site layout with transition squares and mini courtyard spaces delivering interesting street forms, influencing the orientation and internal layout of the dwellings.

 

This project was granted Planning Permission by Stirling Council in early 2022.
