ALTERATIONS + EXTENSION

A contemporary re-model of an existing dwelling and ground floor extension to provide a hydrotherapy suite and sensory room.

A key element of the client's brief was to enable free access throughout for a family member with mobility issues and the provision of home treatment facilities. This was to be integral to normal family life within the home.

Generally, existing areas of the dwelling were opened into each other to promote social interaction, while large openings in the building fabric allow for the landscaped garden to be brought into the home. The result is a family home which promotes wellbeing throughout.
