Situated within the market town of Crieff, the Pigeon Row development was designed and constructed for Hillcrest Housing Association and consisted of 27 nos affordable housing units.
Among the project aims were the requirements to meet Housing for Varying Needs, achieve Secured By Design (SBD) accreditation and to achieve a sustainable development through a reduction in carbon emissions.
